At Artfully Adorned, we carefully inspect all of our products before they leave our door. Attention to all aspects of quality, design, proper packaging and transport is our priority. Please inspect your new items immediately upon receipt and notify us right away if you are dissatisfied for any reason.
We have a 30-day return policy for merchandise that is unworn (no perfume), unused or undamaged (except for holiday gifts).
A return authorization number is required for your return. Please email the order number, date of purchase, item number, and the reason for your return to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will promptly issue a return authorization number via email.
Regarding defects, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement, if possible, or will issue a full refund for the merchandise value once we receive the item (s) back. For one-of-kind items, please understand that we will make every attempt to find a suitable replacement or issue a full refund if we are unable to do so.
